Elise's body armour and speedster tech were developed by her mother, a former scientist for the evil organization known as H.I.V.E. (Hierarchy of International Vengeance and Extermination). After her mother's defection from H.I.V.E., she used her knowledge and resources to create the armour and tech for Elise, in order to help her daughter control and manage her powers.
The armour and tech are designed to enhance Elise's speed and agility, as well as to provide protection from the physical strain that comes with moving at superhuman speeds. The suit is also equipped with various gadgets and devices, such as energy shields and EMP generators, which Elise can use in combat.
While the suit is a valuable tool for Elise, it also creates complications in her life. She must keep her identity a secret and avoid being tracked by H.I.V.E., who may see her as a valuable asset to reclaim. Additionally, the constant use of the suit puts a strain on her relationship with her mother, who worries about the potential risks and dangers of using such advanced technology.
Elise is familiar with the other heroes in Nova City, having worked with some of them on various missions. She has a friendly rivalry with Scott Zero, as they both possess unique energy-based powers. She's also had a few run-ins with Dark Hood, but they've never worked together. As Elise continues to navigate the challenges of being a teenage superhero, she's determined to use her powers for good and make a difference in the world.
